Yearly walk thru paperwork is online ONLY. You must log on to Homelink Parent Portal [ https://net.mdusd.org/parentportal/LoginParent.aspx?page=default.aspx ] to complete the forms. If you need your student's login please contact the office. Keep in mind the office is closed June 30 to July 25.
