Mission Statement

At El Monte Elementary we strive to deliver engaging, rigorous and culturally relevant instruction that is inclusive to all students. We embrace the whole child and celebrate their unique talents and needs by addressing the academic and social emotional needs of each student with a focus on equity and inclusion. We are committed to continually reflect on and change our practices and curriculum to mirror all students and families and to disrupt patterns of institutionalized racism.
